RetroCultCast is an quasi-academic podcast produced by two English Professors at Christopher Newport University: Dr. Jason Ray Carney and Dr. Nicole Emmelhainz-Carney (as well as several undergraduate journalists). It features brief intellectual conversations about the meaning, value, and significance of popular culture. It focuses on popular culture with a special emphasis on fantasy, science fiction, horror, video games, films, television, and toys.
